Before joining OzSquad, I hadn't run further than 10km. I'm writing this fresh off the back of completing my first ultra marathon - the UTA 50 in the Blue Mountains. I've been training with Carly & OzSquad for 3 years and I can honestly say I've never known a trainer to go above & beyond as much as Carly does. She leads by example in her fitness & her commitment to helping her OzSquaders achieve their goals is second to none. Really fun and social bootcamp in Manly, great way to get fit and meet new people. I wouldn't have thought I'd enjoy bootcamp so much, but Carly and the team are great, very friendly and inclusive with a good variety of classes and fun extra-curricular social activities - highly recommended!

Would definitely (and do!) recommend Oz Squad to my friends. Carly is a great coach and there is lots of variety to her classes, I have been attending for nearly a year and no two classes have been the same. The classes are suitable for all fitness levels and everyone is really friendly!

After 3 years with OzSquad, I'm not only going to give credit for pushing me way beyond what I expected in my fitness goals, but also in establishing much of my social network in Manly. A bit of friendly competition in the sessions has a huge impact on my results, and the welcoming environment means it's a no brainer for me to highly recommend OzSquad. Just watch out for mentions of "the Ox" session with the burpee broad jumps ;-)

I felt every muscle in my body for 3 days…in a great way! Carly is incredibly knowledgable, positive and passionate. She is a great coach and personal trainer. Another great part about her sessions are the people that train with her. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. You will walk away feeling great.

Highly recommend OzSquad. I joined 5 months ago specifically to get fit for climbing Mont Blanc in France. I've been going to the classes 3-4 times a week for those 5 months and I can safely say I'm the fittest I've ever been and as fit as I used to be when I was in the British Army. I prefer the morning classes which are well timed at 6am leaving enough time to get to work. I find the instructors the best. Both Carly and Lindsay are true professionals, knowledgeable and friendly. They are not like your typical gung-ho fitness instructors you see at Manly which makes them brilliantly unique. The sessions are varied from circuit training and weights to running and exploring the local surroundings. Watching the sunrise whilst working out has been great! I'll definitely be keeping up the classes when I get back from the mountain. Thanks OzSquad!

I can’t recommend OzSquad highly enough. Great to exercise outside in such an amazing location, but best of all are the great trainers. Carly takes the time to really understand what everyone wants to get out of the sessions, which of course can vary quite a bit person by person. I also found the people who go to OzSquad to be really welcoming and there are plenty of extra activities you can choose do with the group (or not) to get to know each other better e.g. rock climbing, stand up paddle boarding. Overall a great place to go to exercise!

I have never got such great results from my excercise as I do now from Carlys' sessions.The sessions are really varied the people are great and the sun rise over the ocean doesn't hurt. I would not hesitate to recommend guys and girls of all fitness levels to give Ozsquad a go.

I am 'from' Manly. I started with OzSquad's 'Learn to Run' course. The first roaming boot camp I did, I thought I was going to chunder. I didn't. My husband trialled it; 'boot camps aren't for me'I stuck it out with with running course; from hating running, I finished a half marathon!Three years later: Ozsquad is such a part of our lives - it's helped us to push ourselves physically and has been a way to make friends in Manly. Despite a serious injury which has meant I can't participate, Ozsquad has been there for me and I've been referred to the best clinicians for the job at every stage.I have pushed myself past what I ever thought I could achieve with Ozsquad - and I intend to continue that - once I'm cleared from my medical team!

Training with OzSquad is an amazing experience! It's the best mornings of the week even if the alarm goes off very early. It's not only great work out that will get you in shape it will also give you spectacular views of Manly and new friends that always are ready for an outdoor activity involving sweat and hard work any day and time of the week. If you want to get a tight bod, Carly is your girl. She uses the right amount of push and motivation and at the same is really aware that everyone is at different fitness levels and caters to injuries. I love that every class is different so it's always an adventure. You'll laugh lots, sweat buckets, push your limits, feel amazing by 7am and want all you mates to join you!
