- “I have never been a sporty person, in fact I did almost no exercise up till the age of 27 (I was one of those sport dodgers at school). I decided that something needed to change when I moved to Australia and I signed up to OzSquad. I have certainly been put through my paces and have turned from a couch potato into a bit of a fitness freak – I find the classes loads of fun and I feel so much better from going to them, even getting up at 6am is ok these days!
