Corporate Group Fitness and Bootcamp
OzSquad offers a variety of fitness programmes designed specifically with corporates in mind. Hailing from a corporate background herself, Carly understands the needs of, and the demands on, a working professional and can relate well to your employees and clients.
Look after your employee’s wellbeing and show them that you value their health and fitness by providing (or at least subsidising!) weekly outdoor group exercise classes for them. A great team-building activity that will keep your staff fit, healthy and alert for the afternoon back at the desk.

A selection of OzSquad’s unique corporate offerings are below and are offered in any Sydney suburb – OzSquad comes to you!
Corporate Competitive Squad
Challenge other departments or teams in your office to a competitive squad exercise session.
In teams of two to six, complete a variety of specifically designed circuits, relays and drills whilst trying to beat your work mates’ scores. Live off the victorious office banter for the rest of the week!
An outdoor group exercise class for you and your clients.
Is there anything you hate more than a client networking event with people you have never met before eating insubstantial finger food, making small talk and wishing it was already an acceptable time to leave?
How about a completely new kind of corporate networking?
Get a group of your staff out with a group of your client’s staff for a lunchtime or post office hours Net-Work-Out. Rather than meeting once a year, meet with your clients for an hour’s outdoor exercise class once a week for six weeks to help establish a lasting relationship.
Meet on neutral turf to take part in an OzSquad all-round body work out that incorporates lots of partner and team exercises to get everyone talking (or at least grumbling about the instructor). Add on a picnic lunch at the end of the last session to cement the relationships created. Or carry on meeting for your OzSquad Net-Work-Out each week – make OzSquad part of your work lifestyle!
Corporate Event Specific Training
Enter an event and then offer your employees a six to twelve week training programme in the run up to it. Whether it is the City2Surf, JP Morgan Corporate Chase, Tough Mudder, Blackmore’s Running Festival, the Balmoral Burn or a triathlon, adventure race or bike ride, OzSquad will get your team fit, ready and raring to go.
Corporate PA Fit
Outdoor group exercise classes for PA’s subsidised by their bosses!
What Our Corporate Clients Say
- I took my team to lunch-time OzSquad for 6 weeks and immediately noticed the difference in their mood, energy and productivity on Wednesday afternoons after the session. Carly quickly built a rapport with everyone that attended and before we knew it were doing absolutely everything she told us to – burpees and all! We can’t wait for the next round to start!James, PwC (Push-up comp victor, frustrated beep test runner-up)
- Carly’s weekly bootcamp sessions have become a highlight of the working week for our project management team. Carly keeps the sessions varied and challenging, and encourages people to push to their own limits, wherever that limit may be. The sessions are great for improving fitness, but more so the team building that has occurred as a result has proven invaluable. You build different relationships with people when you’re challenging yourself physically than you do sat in a meeting room with them. Our team has developed a much stronger bond as a result of the weekly OzSquad bootcamps. It’s certainly true that a ‘team that sweats together, stays together’!Mark, Vodafone (Term 3 Winning Team Member, Marathon runner)
- We used OzSquad in the lead up to a Tough Mudder Event which we participated in as a corporate team. Carly is an incredibly motivational leader and trainer and assisted in breaking down the barriers between us as colleagues and working together as a team, which is what Tough Mudder is really all about. She was conscientious of individual’s strengths and weaknesses, and helped us work through these each week. Every training session was different and by the end of our 8 week prep you could really see the team had come together and collectively broken both fitness and personal barriers. I’d definitely recommend Carly and her training to anyone, particularly those interested in an event like Tough Mudder.Visionstream/Optus
