Learn to Run Courses with OzSquad
Have you always wondered how on earth people do it?
How do they just keep on running and running when you would probably choose to poke your eye out with a fork as a more pleasurable past-time?
You can find out how, and even be able to call yourself proudly a ‘Runner’ by the end of a six-week Learn to Run course with OzSquad. The course consists of one 90 minute group session a week along with a little running ‘homework’ and support by telephone and email.
You will learn about correct running form, breathing techniques, tackling hills, heart rate training and how to silence the voices telling you to stop as well as actually getting out running and building your core strength. The Learn to Run program is aimed at the complete beginner through to people who have run in the past and are keen to get back into it.
Carly is a Paceline accredited running coach and a proud ‘Runner’.
