Our Online Fitness Program includes:

  • 6 LIVE Zoom work-outs every week from your OzSquad instructors as per our Virtual Timetable below
  • Recordings of all Zoom work-outs to access at any time plus an archive work-out library of 80+ sessions
  • 2 outdoor self-lead work-outs per week to complete in your own time or hook into our 'pods' of members meeting to complete them!
  • Access to a Virtual Members Only Facebook group with mini challenges, work-outs, prizes and extra-accountability.
  • Extra social (virtual) activities and presentations, including virtual 5ks, trivia, amazing races and more.
