Personal Trainer Manly

If doing burpees in a group isn’t really your thing and you prefer a more personalised service whilst you sweat, then an OzSquad one-on-one personal training session is exactly what you are after.

Our personal training sessions will be specifically designed to suit your goals whether it’s to improve your running, lose weight, get stronger or increase the guns! Like our bootcamps, the sessions will always be varied (and fun!) and therefore effective in ensuring your body is constantly adapting – ie giving you the results you want!

If the thought of spending an hour alone with someone who exercises for a living is a little disconcerting for you, then bring a friend along for an OzSquad Buddy session.  Personal training and Buddy sessions will still incorporate hills and stairs from time to time though, you can’t get away from them that easily.

Personal training sessions are all held outdoors in Manly and elsewhere on the Northern Beaches by request. All Perso clients gain access to all the extra weekend and social OzSquad goings on.

Personal Training Cancellation Policies
50% of the personal training fee is payable if a session is canceled with less than 12 hours notice.  100% of the personal training fee is payable if a session is canceled with less than 3 hours notice.  However, at OzSquad we do understand that sometimes life throws little hiccups in our way and the particular circumstances of any cancellation are always considered.
