Vinyasa Flow Yoga

A dynamic flowing class evolved from more traditional yoga teachings. Classes are designed to challenge and inspire you both mentally and physically. You’ll get a cardio work out and burn fat whilst also developing stronger muscles and more flexibility. The room will be heated to about 28 degrees to help detox the body and challenge the mind. It can get sweaty so come hydrated, dress in light stretchy clothing and bring a towel and water. Mats will be provided but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
