What: A weekend of outdoor fun and frolics with fellow OzSquadders at Glenworth Valley (one hour North of Sydney). Camping, OzSquad bootcamps and Laser Skirmish are all part of the plan – See below for the full itinerary.
When: 9am Saturday 19 July until whenever you like on Sunday 20 July.
How Much: $150 for members ($170 for non-member friends and family) to include camping, Laser Skirmish, two OzSquad bootcamps, optional trail run, lunch and dinner on the Saturday, breakfast on the Sunday and Saturday night camp-fire entertainment. No expense will be spared on the marshmallows.
But what if I don’t like camping: It’s ok princess, you can learn to love it with us and ease yourself in gently at Glenworth Valley which has hot showers and proper loos. You can also rent tents or tee pees and sleeping mats if you don’t have any camping gear (BYO sleeping bag).

Saturday 19 July
9.00am – Arrive and set up camp at Glenworth Valley
11.00am – Team OzSquad Bootcamp. All the usual mud, sweat and tears.
12.30pm – Lunch
2.00pm – Laser Skirmish. Paintball without the red stinging welts – but probably more mud, sweat, a few tears and a post battle beer.
6.00pm onwards – Dinner, camp-fire entertainment and toasted marshmallows. Red wine for those that are partial.
Sunday 20 July
7.00am – Trail run (optional!)
8.30am – Breakfast
10.00am – Optional extra activities: abseiling, kayaking, quad biking or horse riding (extra $ applicable) or a ‘Shred Sunday’ Challenge (no extra $ required)!
